About Reginald
Reg has been a practicing lawyer in Saskatchewan since 1980. He currently has an active health law and civil litigation practice, which includes regular appearances before various administrative tribunals and courts of all levels. Medical malpractice cases feature prominently in Reg’s portfolio of cases.
Reg’s commitment to his clients is evident in his regular appearances in civil jury trials and judge-alone trials in the Court of King’s Bench. His adept use of demonstrative trial techniques sets him apart in an environment where few civil cases go to trial.
Reg has lectured extensively throughout Saskatchewan for over 30 years in a variety of educational forums on subjects related to health law, medical malpractice, opinion evidence, expert witnesses, vexatious litigants, and trial practice. For several years, he has been repeatedly recognized by Canadian rating agencies in the areas of Health Care, Medical Negligence, and Personal Injury Litigation.
Reg is a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyer Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Regina Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the King’s Bench Bar Judicial Council. In 2023, he was recognized with the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyer Association’s Outstanding Lawyer Award.
