About Neil
Neil B. Elder is a seasoned litigator and trusted legal advisor who brings a calm, practical approach to complex legal matters. Since being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2010, Neil has built a diverse practice focused on guiding clients through high-stress situations—whether in family disputes, estate matters, criminal defence, or litigation.
Neil has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, from trial to appeal, and is known for his ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, strategic solutions. His approach is direct and client-centred, always focused on protecting his clients’ best interests with both empathy and efficiency.
Originally from Saskatoon, Neil relocated to Regina in 2009 and continues to serve clients across the province. He is a proud lifelong resident of Saskatchewan and a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Outside the office, Neil enjoys travel and athletics, particularly hockey and football.
